Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Carefully repackage the subwoofer in its original factory packaging, including all foam inserts, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
